Exchange Policy

• We offer exchanges only. Returns and refunds are not accepted.
• Customers may request an exchange within 7 days of receiving the order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with tags intact.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging.

Exchange Approval

• Exchanges are subject to product availability.
• If the requested replacement item is unavailable, store credit or an alternative product may be offered.

Exchange Shipping
