Exchange Policy

We offer exchange only to ensure you have the right fit and style.
Please note that returns and refunds are not available under any circumstances.

Exchange Eligibility

  • Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.

  • Exchanges are subject to product and size availability.

  • Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange, unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.

No Return & No Refund Policy

  • We do not offer returns or refunds.

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned for a refund.

  • Only size or item exchange is allowed as per the policy.

Exchange Shipping Charges

Courier charges for exchange will be paid by the customer and apply as follows:

  • Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah
    30 AED courier charges apply

  • Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain
    20 AED courier charges apply

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Important Notes

  • Minor color variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution.

  • Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be accepted for exchange.

  • Customized or made-to-order items are not eligible for exchange.
